Step #1
The first step does require you to be touch on the "sneaky" side. It's easy to do though.
You are going to have to "borrow" your partner's cell phone for about 15 minutes. You need to make sure you do this at a good time where you don't have to worry about them walking in and catching you looking at their phone.

Now that you have your list of phone numbers, it's time to figure out who your spouse has been chatting with.
It's possible to find out someone's full name, address and other background details simply by having their phone number.
Since most phone number these days are either unlisted or cell phones, they aren't in any phone book or available in any "public domain". However, there are companies that fork over big bucks to have access to all these phone records and then build databases that people can search through when they need to find out who owns a particular phone number.

When using a reverse phone lookup, you just enter the phone number and then the results are instantly shown on your computer. You will see the phone owner's name, address and other background details that can be useful.
One tip to save money is to find a service that charges a 'one-time only' fee and then gives you unlimited searches. Your list is going to have quite a few numbers on it so you don't want to have to pay for each individual lookup.
Run down the list you made and do a reverse phone lookup for each number. As you do this jot down the details that you find out for each one.
After you have finished running searches for each phone number you can go to the last step.
The Last Step
Your list is now complete - it's time to look at what your results.
Since you know have a list of exactly who your spouse has been chatting with on the phone, this makes it easy to see if anything out of the ordinary is going on.
Usually people will have a name or two in mind of who their spouse might be cheating with. If you are in that boat, does that name show up on your list?
And of the other names on the list, are there any that look suspicious?
At this point, it will be clear if your suspicions about your spouse being unfaithful are correct.
